Members of CPA Australia, who work for an employer registered in the CPA Australia Recognised Employer Program, are provided with a simple alternative method to demonstrate their continuing professional development (CPD) requirement. Employers of the program, will help shape and influence the type of CPD you will take on.
You can demonstrate this by:
- Log into CPD diary.
- While you are employed by a knowledge partner, add 40 hours for each year to your CPD diary. These hours will be recognised towards achieving the minimum 120 hours of CPD required per triennium (of which at least 20 hours must be undertaken in each year of the triennium). If employed at a knowledge partner for only part of a year you are entitled to claim pro rata CPD hours in line with your start / end date with the employer.
- To find out how to upload the information, visit the Using CPD Diary page and read the 'Adding CPD hours when employed by a knowledge partner' section.
